Corrabare Cottage or Corrabare Studio is your perfect weekend retreat. Less than 2 hours from Sydney, your pet-friendly country retreat is set on 8 acres of secluded land, just minutes from the historic Wollombi village.

Corrabare Cottage has two bedrooms with an outdoor spa and is surrounded by stunning views of the Narone Creek valley and Corrabare Mountain. It makes the perfect romantic getaway, writers retreat or simple friends escape to the country. It has a fully equipped kitchen and a comfy sitting room with a pot-bellied fireplace. Perfect for 2 couples, a family or a romantic getaway.

Corrabare Studio is a one-badroom studio apartment, set behind the main cottage. It has an open plan living area and kitchenette (fridge, hotplates, oven / microwave but no dishwasher!). It also has a comfy sitting area and pot-bellied fireplace. Perfect for a couple visiting Wollombi for a wedding or similar.

Local amenities are readily accessed by a five-minute drive or comfortable 2.5km walk to the historic township of Wollombi. Visit the famous Wollombi Tavern, restaurants, cafes, art galleries and antique shops. There are many beautiful bush walks in the area, including the Corrabare State Forest Loop and the Finchley Track Aboriginal Art & Great North Walk.

Corrabare Cottage is pet-friendly by prior agreement. Both properties are solar-powered, with grid connection as back up, and have Starlink broadband internet, so suitable for all WFH applications.

Note that booking you may book either the Cottage or the Studio, but the other property may be used by the owner or other guests. You can also book both and sleep up to 6 people if you wish.
